QUALIFICATIONS:

1) High School Diploma, GED, and/or equivalent maintenance/groundskeeper experience
2) Demonstrates aptitude and competence for assigned written or oral task instructions and responsibilities
3) Skills and/or knowledge of various maintenance work and groundskeeping activities
4) Alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Twelve (12) month position
